Best donuts made with love!!! For many years, on the way to school, we would stop at the same little donut shop — J&C Donuts in Lewisville. And every single time we walked in, the owner had the gentlest spirit, the kindest eyes, and she always greeted us with a soft smile. On the ceiling of the shop, she had displayed different pictures — some she may have drawn herself, and coffee sacks representing countries from around the world. One day I pointed to the one from Guatemala and told her, “I’m from there.” She looked at me, pointed to the picture, and with the sweetest sincerity said, “I give it to you.” Each time we returned, she would remind me, “I give it to you.” We moved, and I had forgotten about it. One day after our move, my husband stopped in to grab donuts, and she had the picture folded and waiting. She handed it to him and said, “For your wife.” When he told me, her kindness touched me more deeply than she could ever know. For my birthday, Nathan had it framed. And now it’s one of the most special gifts I’ve ever received — not just because I have to share the story behind this picture, because I thought you’d enjoy it. For many years, on the way to school, we would stop at the same little donut shop — J&C Donuts in Lewisville. And every single time we walked in, there was a sweet Korean lady sitting by the front window with her Bible open. She had the gentlest spirit, the kindest eyes, and she always greeted us with a soft smile. She didn’t speak much English, but she would nod warmly, and the boys always noticed her faithfulness as she read her Bible. Those quiet mornings became some of our sweetest memories. From another comment “ Grace is truly an artist, both with painting and making donuts!”
I love the donuts bcs its so soft+the people there are very friendly!! Highly recommend, will come back a lot🥹💗
Very wonderful people and good food. The level of kindness they displayed while dealing with my large order where people kept changing their mind mid order was very understanding and did nor seem to bother them at the least. Thank you ladies very much!
Solid donuts and super kind owner. Got 2 dozen timbits and 3 regular donuts and it came out to under $10. Happy with the donuts. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for the great food and customer service :) you always make fresh coffee, kalaches with soft bread and donuts filled with love (and frosting haha) and you make my family very happy every time we come by. I wish I could give you higher than 5 stars for how sweet you are to everyone
Their donuts are sooooo yumm!!!! Especially their m&m donuts. Omg they are the BEST DONUTS I have ever had! Ever! I promise! And this should mean a lot because I am a health nut, and I can’t resist their donuts. 🤤
Very sweet owner, great treats, and good coffee!! She made a spinach croissant and sausage croissant which were delicious. And you can never go wrong with the jalapeño sausage kolache. Great quick stop for a good bite supporting good owners. And she’s a wonderful artist as well, beautiful painting on the wall. I’m glad I stopped in.
Great service! Very clean & welcoming. So many options. Such good donuts. Loved having a wide variety of drinks to choose from too.
